I have never had such terrible customer service from a company. I went to their website to get some software development assistance and the first thing they told me was that I needed to find someone who was more experienced than them in order to help me with my project. They said it would cost me 2000 which is absolutely unacceptable. After asking around I found out that there are plenty of other people who can help out at a much lower cost - so I cancelled my project and never came back. Save yourself the trouble and dont use TrioEdge services at all

However there are still some minor issues that should be addressed so that the company can become successful again.1 The website is dated and missing of in-depth analysis of specific cases helps make it less user-friendly for readers. 2 Many problems with code installation or usage lead to articles being broken into small pieces which can be found at the end of each issue. 3 Articles are often not well written or have poor design choices which might lead readers to walk away - ruining the read for me. 4 User interface needs work - it needs more improvement can be found in Google Search barcodes instead of using

The company has an excellent record of success in the past with their development work for companies such asfolHOUSE which is a world-renowned software house. TrioEdge is an excellent firm and they will always go beyond expectations to create a great experience for their customers. However this didnt happen with company three times the name.Company three times the name provides terrible customer service The staff were very unhelpful and not familiar with the product or the business. I had to ask multiple times for things that I had already received answer back by email. Additionally I was never given a choice in how my project was developed or when it would be delivered. In total the experience was very poor and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
