I would never recommend this company to anyone The customer service is terrible and the work they do outsourced was horrible. I had to call them multiple times because my home phone wouldnt connect and they couldnt seem to help me fix it. Save your money and go else where.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and they do not seem to have any idea what they are doing when it comes to home services. I ended up having to call them multiple times because my original service did not work and then the after sales support was horrible as well. Save your money and go somewhere else

This is a direct-to-fanconi comercial platform user review not a website or even a phone number.This individual has never been in the business of customer service or Outsourcing Home - Trionix services in the UAE. If this individual was a call center employee they would have been assigned to one of our existing customers and given the same tools and resources as all the other companies in the company. Instead this individual was given nothing but roadblocks in their journey to take home an increase in income due to the rise in demand for our services within the country. It seems that this individual is good for nothing but developing new calls for trionix.com instead of providing best practices for customer service and Outsourcing Home - Trionix services in the UAE. They are also known for giving out negative reviews about companies like trionix.com

I just called Trionix today and was absolutely excellent. The staff was all around him and helped me through the process. However the customer service in the office was terrible. The representative I spoke to was so cheap and Uses a phone when I said anything which is required under local rules and he tried to take my name and go. Then he said she sells products by the box instead of the product itself. Overall this was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in business. 25
