Do not use this company. They are complete idiots and do not understand what theyre doing. I sent them a software question and got a response back in less than 24 hours that said my question was too difficult to answer and that I needed to email the author of the software so he could get a response back. When I called them they were unprofessional wouldnt let me speak with the author and hung up on me. Avoid this company at all costs

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I called to cancel my subscription and the woman on the phone said that because you cancelled we are going to charge you for the next month. I told her that wasnt fair and she said well then dont pay your bill until its paid off. So now Im paying for a month of service that I didnt even use and am already late on my monthly payment. Do not recommend this company at all
