I bought a home with True Pixel Group. The process was very easy and they did an excellent job of making the home look great. Unfortunately after a few months the lighting started to go bad. Now every time I turn on my light it comes on in full screen and all the colors are wrong. Ive had to take it back to them multiple times because they cant seem to fix it. Very disappointed with this company

I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I ordered a new monitor and they couldnt even get it to work right. The materials that came with the monitor were all wrong and the whole experience was so frustrating and awful. Avoid this company at all costs

I have had the opportunity to use truepixelgroup.com for a few months now and am very disappointed in the results. The site is easy to use but the photos are all taken with a home-camera phone which allows for quite large files to be created. However the rest of the site is a total mess. Every single page is designed to force you to visit their website for information or for anything else about their products. Its kind of difficult to find what youre looking for on the web as there is so much information available on True Pixel Groups website I would not recommend this site to anyone.
