1. Do not use this company if you do not have a high level of experience in virtualization. They will tell you that it is too difficult and will not help you anyway.2. The Virtualization software they offer is very expensive and the support is terrible. I was told by one customer service representative that I needed to spend 200 on their software to be able to even use it which was absurdly high for what little help I received from them.

Do not waste your time and money with this company. They are terrible at what they do. Ive had to contact them multiple times to get a product that I ordered shipped and the customer service is always unhelpful and condescending. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else.

I bought a subscription to try out truspecsol.com. I immediately contacted the customer service number and they said they would send a representative to get me a results letter. I never got an representative from truspecsol.com. After waiting for an hour I gave up and went to another site that was also using truscels.com. I have now been on site for over an hour trying to get a result letter from truscels.com and still havent received it.The company is terrible with customer service and does not work towards resolve problems quickly orchard

I started using company truspecsol.com in 2018 and have had great experiences. However I have had one issue that Ive been able to resolve through their approach of customer service. I would like to share my experience with them because it is not being shared elsewhere. In order to add a product to your list of favorite products you need to use Truspesols Add To List function. You are given a list of companies by name which we keep track of on our website. When we receive a note about a product that meets our criteria we automatically add it to your list. However company truspecsol.com does not have this same feature. The Add To List feature allows customers to include products from a range of manufacturers and different suppliers in one place. This is very useful because it makes sure that products from various manufacturers and suppliers are being included in the mix without any inconvenience for either party.
