I dont think Ive ever had such terrible customer service. They kept telling me my website was not working and that I needed to email them support. Then they said it wasnt their fault that the website was down and that I needed to get a new one. And then they were like we cant fix your site because its been down for so long. Finally after being told by several different people how much trouble I was going to spend trying to fix my site myself they finally agreed to take my money and send me a new website. But now the old website is back up again So please dont use this company if you want decent customer service - youll get nothing but headache and frustration from them.

I have had nothing but trouble with TST.NET since they opened. The first problem was that my account was immediately charged for a service that I never received Ugh Im so sorry but this was the beginning and end of our relationship. Then there were the problems with my computer. I would not recommend this service to anyone. And now to the bad part.Since TST.NET has been open we have had every other company doe we access online and they all had a issue with their site as well. So much cases of users having to change companies because of another companys website access. Its become such a problem that I am no longer including TST.NET in my lists of websites I recommend to others.If you are going to have an online presence it should be positive and your customers will know that you are here when they call you.TST is providing no value for our customers and producing more issues with
