I was this companys customer for quite some time and I was really satisfied with what I received. However recently my satisfaction level began to decrease. One of the products this company provides is software development services. However when I found out their website does not offer any software development services I was upset. The customer service guy said that there is no chance to be a customer of theirs because they dont offer any software development services. Im pretty sure that if they did offered software development services their customers would be more satisfied than when they are not offers anything. Overall Im let down by TucsonBizz Agency and would not recommend them to others.

I have had three novels published by TucsonBizz Agency and they have all been great. This one is no different. I received a call from the publishing company asking if I would be willing to write an excerpt for a new novel. I told them my entire story including the time I was called into the publishing companys office and what happened after. They asked for an excerpt from my book that would be included in a upcoming issue of the journal Publishers Weekly. They also asked me to please email them my book report so they could see how it connects with the articles topic. The way thisbook is written it is likely that they will not read it or even know about it because it is not interesting or newsable. Save your money and do not waste your time reading this letter.
