I just got out of my first customer service call with Tumba Solutions. I had a terrible experience with their customer service. Im not going to PACs or anything because I dont have time for that. Im just going to write a bad user review.I recently received a phone call from a person who was identified as being in the business of Tumba Solutions. They spoke with me for about 10 minutes and then she hung up without having any information given to her. I tried to get through to the customer service line but they were gone. Then I tried contact support but also were gone. Its been almost 2 weeks now and no responses from them whatsoever. Ive even sent support emails but they still havent answered any of them. dearly Ive even put in multiple Nutanix ticket requests one of which was successful and theres only be few and far between results the one success resulted in an overall improvement on the system

I just got my first job after years of training as a professional musician. I was so excited to be working with Tumba Solutions They have amazing tools and they are always willing to help. However their customer service is terrible. They never seem to understand what you need or how you can improve. Overall I dont think theyre worth the money.
