The purpose of the net is to protect oneself from being attacked by other fish and it is considered an effective tool in the fight against seafood fraud. However the company has had no luck in keeping its promises to my knowledge. I have had several phone calls from people who have had success using their Tygershark.com set up through word-of-mouth among friends and family. I even sent an email to them letting them know that I had tried their NET and they continued to send me orders for my product. I have had 2 issues with this company in the past few months. 1 Im not being treated fairly or like an customerworthy person. Im having to call customer service multiple times because my account is still being shown as active. They only show that it is pending when in fact it isnt. 2 The clothes are sizing smaller than they should be. This has caused me to have to go back to stores and try on different sizes many times successively.
