Do not use this company. Do not hire them. The Delphi developers who I hired said they could not finish the project because they were too busy with their own projects. They also said that the company was unprofessional and did not have good communication skills. Do not bother going to them either - you will be much better off simply finding a professional developer in your area who can do the job right instead of trusting this business to do anything at all.
