Although I had high hopes for this company the experience was anything but positive. First of all their customer service is terrible. Theyre always trying to charge you more than youre willing to pay and they dont seem to care about their customers at all. Second of all the digital moments they create are incredibly boring and unengaging. The only thing I can think of thats good about them is that they make it easy to share your experiences with friends and family - but even then its hard to get anyone interested in what youve got going on.
