I have had problems with their customer service and their ability to provide what they claim to be a successful solicitation process. I have had to many different methods try to take me by force and it has all been unsuccessful. I have also had some of their software not work properly. Overall I think they are just trying to make money rather than being successful at soliciting in the United States.
