I just bought a domain name and development environment from Up and Running Software Development Company They were good people to do business with and I really enjoyed using them. However Ive had several bad experiences lately with company management that as a result of their lack of customer service experience I believe to be true throughout the company. Upon arrival at work today my first step was receiving an email notification that my order had arrived - now this is unusual because usually the delivery schedule typically revolves around the amount of use you have made of the product etc. But it wasnt immediately clear to me what happened when I clicked on the link for within there was no detail given about the order was it shipping or received yet After some digging through their websites history I found out that it came in transit but only recently has it been assumptions that they might take backreturned products due to customer usage... I purchased a domain name and development environment from Up And Running Software
