I dont think Ive ever had such terrible customer service. The woman who took my order must have been really angry when she received it because she just told me to go ahead and cancel my order because the website isnt ready yet. I was really upset because I wanted to help out this city and now Im going to have to wait four months for a website thats not even ready This is ridiculous

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The website is terrible the customer service is terrible and the prices are outrageous. I paid 700 for a website that was supposed to be done in two weeks and it took almost four months This company is a joke.

I cant believe how terrible this company is. Ive had two issues with them and each time their response was slow unprofessional and inadequate. They dont seem to understand the concept of customer service. The first issue was when I inquired about a website solution for my municipality they said that they couldnt do it because they were already working on a different project. I asked what the new project was and they didnt answer me. Then their second issue came about a week later when I called them because my website wasnt up yet. They told me that my website needed more work and that it would take some time but wouldnt give me an estimate of how long it would take. In the end I wasted my time and money with this company.

"I Just Had An Incident Where A"
Upanup, Review Specifics:
I just had an incident where a users upanup.com website was suddenly pulled down and he was having trouble with the service. Ioval is a terrible customer service representative and he is always quick to tell me that Iupvore should be closed down as its being used by the city of San Francisco for their UPANUP solution. I have tried to take care of this situation multiple times using upanup.coms help desk but it never works out well because they are both constantly busy. The other problem is that upanup.coms support staff are either not very knowledgeable about UPANUP or they seem to not really work on it. They would rather use their time trying to help others and make things happen who say they will but actually dont do nothing when someone tries to speak up for them. Thank you Upanup.com for nothing
