InstallationI went to this company for an Upright Installation. The technician was very unprofessional and did not seem to have any knowledge about the product he was installing. He started working on my desk without asking me if I wanted help and then proceeded to install the wrong part of the Upright. After having it installed for over an hour I finally had to come back and get another technician because the first one had already left. Overall this company is not up to par and I would not recommend them to anyone.

CorporationI am not happy with my purchase of the Vertical AC unit. The user review does not seem to be very positive and I can see why. It is a small room in our house and it was really nice of Upright to come out and fix the unit. But its not going to work well in another room or suite of rooms. I would not recommend this product.
