I was very disappointed with uptownvirtualmedia.com I ordered a Plesk Panel Page for my company and the page arrived without any errors or warnings. However when I tried to use the page I found that it was completely inactive and no longer working. The site also seems to be outdated and not well maintained. Overall I would not recommend this site to anyone

I contacted the customer service number provided and they were not helpful at all. They said that I would have to contact their corporate office to receive a refund. I did not feel like my money was well spent and would not recommend this company to anyone.

It was a very easy and straight forward process to get started but soon after I began to see more and more issues. The staff at company uptownvirtualmedia.com were not willing to help or be a support team. I eventually stopped using Plesk Panel altogether. If you are looking for a parallels solution then I would recommend another business other than company uptownvirtualmedia.com.
