Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do. The first time I made an account with them I was told that my email address was temporary and would expire in a few weeks. After 3 months I still hadnt received my order so I Contacted theSupportTeam. The Support Team said that my email address had been temporarily shared with another customer and it would be taken care of. But it never was - the email address still expired 3 weeks later. Do not use UpZoom Vietnam

I just got my first issue with UpZoom. I have had two attempts to call and ask for a results message since I joined the company. Nothing. I have also sent out emails and had someone reach out to me on social media. Not a single response. I have even had UpZoom people come by my office and ask if I am still using their product. When I say no they think I am trying to keep it hidden or something. This is such a waste of their time and theirs.

It is now or neverI have had the good fortune to work with UpZoom in the past. They are an excellent company when it comes to provide quality services at an affordable price. However I have found that they are often unprofessional and often careless with their customers data. This website especially provides great services but could use some updates andor better carelessness in terms of information management.In any case I suggest you not deal with this company as it may be a mistake you will make in terms of your business ventures into the future.
