Im not sure what the Urban Hippos Amsterdam company is supposed to be but theyre really terrible. Ive been a customer for over a year now and have had to deal with all sorts of problems. First of all their customer service is absolutely terrible. They wont help unless youre willing to spend hours on the phone trying to get your problem resolved. Then there are the products themselves - theyre ridiculously expensive and not worth it at all. Plus their shipping is always slow and their deliveries never arrive in time for my orders. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company even if I could.

I just got a stay of death from company urbanhippos.com. I am not the only person who has had this experience. The service is terrible the prices are horrible and the customer support is terrible. We have had to send questions back and forth with they are always response time but also never find out what we were asking for. Overall its one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a business.
