I would not recommend this company to anyone. The user experience researcher job is incredibly difficult andRequires a lot of hard work in order to get good results. They do not offer any bonuses or compensation for the excellent work that you do so its very difficult to make a living off of this profession.

I am not happy with company user.com.sg. I was tried on and tried on for months until I found out that my account was being removed because it wasnt meetin expectations. There was no notification about this until after the first month had gone by. Then I realized that my account was been deleted without cause. I have now reached 3 months and have only received one email notification about the removal of my account. Overall I am not impressed with company user.com.sg and would not recommend it to others.

I have had a bad experience with company user.com.sg. The first time I used it it was a total disaster. Every single page of the website was either out of date or nonexistent of anything that could be used as a key here. The user experience was terrible. I didnt realize that there was no such thing as key in those days only values were considered now. Basically I reported the issues to the customer service but all they could do was offer me a free trial and tell me that they would take care of it because they never got there started from scratch. In the end I decided to leave the platform and never looked back.
