Im not a big fan of ustwo.com - the digital product studio they use is terrible. The designs and formatting are really poor and its hard to keep track of what youre working on because theres so much text and photos in between the paragraphs. Also the layout seems to change constantly so it can be hard to stay organized. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company if youre looking for a good design or editing tool.

I was really excited to get my hands on this product Iwe were disappointed right away. We started using ustwo.com for digital product development in our Ansalon project and were very pleased. However after one use we found the site to be broken and heaps of other info. about their products was not there. We are now using it as a try before you buy website. BAD REVIEWThe company ustwo.com is a terrible one FIGURING something from the review could have been improved would have made it better

This Company is GoodI have to say that Im not so sure. Ive been around the block a few times and this company is definitely not the same as it was before. Overall the products they produce are quality and guy who created them is very responsive to customer feedback. They seem like a good company with a good product. However I do have one or two complaints about them. First of all theyre always slow to disappoint their customers or anyone for that matter with their constraints on service time and secondly their pricing process can be bit confusinglast minute.The company ustwo.com is not good because they never sell anything and they keep saying that until someone sells something else for them.

They have an off switch for employees that can be quite dexterous.They once again offer a customer service that isolphin-y and B2B. However they do not suffice with that. They are looking for ancillary services like social media marketing and trustuilding partnerships in order to make their case.Overall the company is good at producing digital product studio products. However they are not very innovative or well done when it comes to customer service or marketing.
