UTIVE Advertising Agency, Review Specifics:
I started using Company utive.com in 2006 as my main web design agency in Chicago. Fast forward 10 years and Company utive.com is the only web design agency usage in Chicago for both personal and professional services. They provide excellent customer service and their skills in creative marketing are respected by many clients. However I have never had a good experience with them when it comes to communication - they are very slow in coming up with solutions to problems and are always too busy making lots of new problems. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am terrible at customer service and always have been. I have had to call after call after call because I wasnt able to get through to the customer service. They are such a small company that they dont have anyone who is even remotely as good as you. In the end I had to sign up for a low price guarantee which was added onto my account and now the only thing I can say is that Utive makes me look bad.

I just came across this place and terrible place to do business. I have been a customer of mine for about 4 years now and never had any issues. But today I found that they do not have the correct supports for their new web platform - iPhone and Android. If you have an account on utive.com please let us know so that we can take care of it for you. We are already working on getting the support file created andissions updated.I would not recommend this to anyone
