Valtira.com is a very deceiving website. The first time I used it they offered me a free 10 worth of products to test out but when I asked to cancel my order after the first purchase they said that I had already placed the order The second time around I decided to try out their other services- including shipping and returns- but once again they told me that I had already placed the order And finally this latest attempt at customer service was even more frustrating after trying to reach someone on the phone for over an hour today with no success I emailed them and got a response back within minutes saying that my email address wasnt being keptCurrent Valtira.com policies prohibit refunds for orders placed before 10pm EST. Very unprofessional and not what you would expect from a company like Valtira.

I did not have a positive experience with this company. The sales person was uninterested in my request for a refund and told me that she would not be able to process my refund because I had already paid for the products. Additionally the shipping was very slow and I received my order after almost two weeks of being promised it would arrive soon.
