At What A- Level Designers defaultIm terrible at customer service and always have been. I dont think Ive ever received a response time that was even close to what I thought they would be. Ive had to call and ask for help 5 times now and still havent gotten it. The most common question I get is Whats your shipping address Even after telling them my street name they still wont give me the shipping information I need. At this point Im going to just leave until they go away.

I just read a really bad user review for company vaylian.com and I cant believe that someone would take issue with something that theyve constantly been happy doing for years now.Its ridiculous when somebody who loves this company does something like that because its clear that theyre not the only ones out there like this. Its easy to be critical but its also important to always keep things open by reading the user reviews from before and after the move so you can get a sense of how people feel about the product and more importantly the person behind it.
