.com is a scamIve been a customer of Velmie.com for over a year and I have had to deal with some really terrible service. The first time was when they failed to process my order correctly and charged me twice. Then the second time was when they sent me an email notification that my order had shipped but then never received it. They also charged my credit card without giving me any notice. Overall this company is a complete mess and I would not recommend them to anyone.

has no customer service and is not worth your timeI give Velmie a 2 out of 5 stars because the customer service was terrible. I had to contact them multiple times to get help with my software and they were always very slow in getting back to me. I also found that their prices were quite high compared to other companies. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

When I called back the person who answered was even more unhelpful and pushy. Save your time and money Velmie is not worth it.

.com is a complete waste of your timeIve had the experience of using Velmie.com for both digital banking and money transfer services. While I do believe that the software is capable of doing what its supposed to there are so many problems with it that its frankly a waste of time and resources to use it. For one the website is completely unhelpful and difficult to navigate for example trying to find an account on the home page takes you right back to where you started. Additionally there are endless errors and glitches in the software itself for instance when I tried to send money through their site my bank account was already charged for something else entirely Finally the customer service team is incredibly unhelpful and unyielding even after I sent them multiple emails seeking help which they have yet to respond to I still received no response from anyone on this side of the phone Overall dont bother using Velmie.com
