I have had terrible experiences with verbinteractive.com in the past. They are always quick to offer new services but never use them properly. Every time I have to fix a payment card I get a notification on my phone that they do not have the required resources to help me. I have had to call them and ask when they will be able to help me out. The customer service is just not worth it.

I have never had such terrible experience with a company before now.I reported this to customer service and they are going to look into it.I was really disappointed with theVerbivertWeve been using verbinteractive for about two months now and have had extremely poor experiences.First the website is incredibly easy to navigate - taking only a few minutes to get started. But after the first few weeks weve seen numerous problems and issues with our travels which our account has been updated multiple times. The latest update required us to reset our password and also changed our transport options which is barely relevant given that were already overqualified for these trips In total there have been in-app challenges with apps that need update within 2-3 days of each other - so much Foreedumx
