is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.I would not recommend vertex to anyone. They are a terrible company that does nothing but scam people. There have been multiple times when they have charged me without telling me what it was for and then when I found out they had already added more money to my bill. They also do not always keep their promises about getting my order to me within a certain time frame either. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am not sure if it is because they are just new in the business or if they are just terrible but my phone has been working fine since then. Its as if there was a crack in the wall between customer service and product delivery. Overall I have had very poor experience with Vertex and would not recommend them to anyone.

is a company that values customer satisfaction and strives for a positive experience. But...I just got out of my first-ever review with Vertex. I was horrible to this company and thought it would be good practice. Unfortunately its not so bad. This company is terrible. From the moment I started using their products they were always trying to make me sign up for something they didnt have in mind and then telling me what money we were going to save by doing so. UGHI honestly did what they said and more only to find out after the product was released that we would be spending more than expected and that our opinion of the product would have no impact on the sales of the product. VERSTEIN ISacerbic ONLY because he wants his ship to sink This company is nothing but bad in every sense of the word.
