at company refuse to take responsibility for their mistakesI recently bought a pet from this company. I was very excited to get my dog back and start enjoying him again but within a few days of being set up with the dog I noticed that he had been sick all week. The vet said that it wasnt anything he could do because my dog was out of his system before we even got him in the office. I called the company and asked what was going on and they refused to take responsibility for their mistake- instead they blamed me for not taking care of my dog properly. It was really frustrating because I thought their policy should be to help customers if something goes wrong with their animals not just refuse to deal with them when things go wrong.

say that the company is a scamIm so sorry to say that this company is a scam I was told by one of their employees that I could get my pets health insurance premiums lowered if I signed up for them. After signing up I found out that there is no such thing as an official Vetworks website. There are just fake websites created by the people running this business. My pets health insurance premiums will now go up because of this
