The customer service is nonexistent and most of the time they will do nothing because its easier to just give up than try to fix things. I just registered with company vinfotech.com and upon login I received a message that my account has been created How is this possible I reported this to customer service and they keep saying there is no change so Im thinking it was already created when I logged in and theres still a lot of negative feedback left about the software. EDIT -Were sorry your account has been created but youve still had negative feedback for years on it. Please head over to company vinfotech.com and we can help you get past the first few pages of reviews so you can leave your positive experience here.Its not called customer service that name is company vinfotech. This company makes software for fantasy sports programs such as MLB GOLF NHL while also being able to develop new sports games. However what they end up doing is sell their products through their website which is only going to give them a few customers like you and
