.com is a company that provides software outsourcing and consulting services for small businesses in the nearshore region of the United States.I just released my review on this company and its terrible Ive been working with them for about 4 years and have never had a problem but today my computer went out of business. They charged me for an upgrade that I didnt agree to but they somehow got onto my account and started charging me for the upgrade while I was on the phone with them. It was pretty much every which way you could go except to describe it as bad. By the time I got back to work theyd already finished up their work on my computer and had moved it into their own office. So now Im responsible for something that doesnt even matter virtualmind.com is a terrible company that should be replaced by another one that knows how to run an organization and not let people charge too much for things they dont need or want.
