"I Just Got A 7 Day"
VISTASOFT IT, Review Specifics:
I just got a 7 day trial of VistaSoft IT and was impressed with the speed of service and the features offered. However I have had two issues so far and they have not resolved them easily. The first issue was a question about how to change your password that I received as an email support ticket. I cannot find the answer in the websites guide or on any of the web page that reprinted the question. I emailed VistaSoft IT again asking for an answer and never received a response. Then I realized that my second issue was same as the first one - I couldnt find anyone who had their answers to this question within their website or even within any information they had shared on their online store. Save for one person who did say she hadSUed this particular query all of this has been since January 2018 Thank you for giving me some help with this problem but unfortunately it has been quite slow-paced andor difficult to get back to me
