Im not one for online reviews but this company needs to be stopped. They are always trying to sell me more software and services I already have and then trying to add new ones onto my account that I dont even want. Its become a huge hassle and its hard enough keeping up with all the changes at work without having to worry about these sales people as well.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The website is terrible and the customer service is horrible. I had to call after getting a chatty phone and they were like Oh we help you with that too. And then I got because of their incompetence I had to wait over an hour for a chat. Then I got message that my account was new and everything but when I checked the link it said Error in address What the hell does this company doI would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am not happy with my laptop. I bought it used and it was never in the same place for more than a year. It had an American flag on it and a heel stripe too. Both of which I got from the movie The Notebook. Company vivait.co.uk is a bad user review site.
