I have never had such a terrible experience with a company in my life. The staff is unprofessional and seems to be just looking for ways to make money. They were not helpful at all when I asked questions about their services. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never worked with a company that outsourced their IT services. I was extremely disappointed with VLinkinfo.com. The company was very unprepared for the job and provided very little information about the service they were offering. They did not offer any options to ensure my business continuity which made me very nervous. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of working with this company twice now and can honestly say that they are both mistakes. From the moment we met to the day the services were completely outsourced vlinkinfo.com was made public and minute by minute. We were never given an opportunity to get in touch or to question our service being offered. I for one was promised two hour notice so I could take my family out for dinner on my birthday not receive an email telling me what services were offered instead of how much service I received. And lastly my account was changed from a personal to a business address which didnt make any sense because then I would have been able to give him away as a prize at the party. Overall I have had Problems with This Company Twice and The Co-Ownerv Link Inc. Is The One That remains Univable Its All worth it though because Its The Service That You Get VIsWe dont have anything good to

However this year they have gone out of control and started to Piss Me off. Every day I feel like I am being pushed around by these people at company vlinkinfo.com. If you are looking for an accurate and trustworthy information source let them know what you are looking for instead of this PISS ME OFF feeling every day since they have been on site.
