Ive had a lot of negative experiences with VMO Holdings. The first time was when I needed to change my password and they said it would take up to 7 business days. It took about 3 weeks for me to get an email back saying that my new password had been created and was now active. Then the next time I needed help setting up a new account and they said it would only take 10 minutes. It took me 2 hours to set up my new account. Finally this past week I received an email notification that my internet service was being suspended because their systems were not able to keep up with the demand from customers using their services. Needless to say these are just examples of how unprofessional and incompetent VMO Holdings is - definitely not worth your time or money

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I had great results. However lately theyve been doing not so great. The site is down because of their use of a new out-of-date protocol that Im not sure what the reason is. I downloaded an old copy of Windows 10 and its taking so long to get back up and running. When I asked about the cause they said they didnt know but would look into it. And then when they did they found that the old software was from before there was any VMO Holdings so theyre moving over to the new company name and everything is good now. If youre looking for customer service this company isnt it - if youre looking for an old software thats going to take time to work with I wouldnt recommend them.I am very disappointed with company vmodev.coms customer service skillsSincerelyThe Customer
