The first time it was a bad experience and I had to call them multiple times until they finally worked out something with the customer. The second time was different circumstances but still had poor customer service.

They just dont think people are important enough to stand up to their private little wars where theyve got agencies representin me telling them what I want and trying to control my life instead of working with me until I change my mind about something or someone. And then they give me a when I ask for help on a project because Im not getting it as much as I expected. worst customer service ever.
