vocisinc.com is a terrible business Unsatisfied with the service they receive from Vocis Inc. I have used their services for scribes for my medical bills and have been extremely disappointed. The interface is difficult to navigate and it can be difficult to find what youre looking for. The vocisinc.com staff is very slow in getting to the bottom of an issue and then when they do they often dont have the latest information or the mostup-to-date information on the matter. Overall Im not happy with Vocis Inc.s service and would not recommend them to others.

Vocis Inc. does not meet my needsrequirements at all. I needed a biller that would able to write ICD10 Coding and Scribe MT services as well as writer for KY NJ NYC. Howevervocisinc.com did not offer any services that we desired. Some of the services they did offer were but we could not find out what these services were. We also found that they do not meet our needsrequirements for customer service or for rate payments.
