The customer service was incredibly unhelpful and did not appreciate their repeat customers. Definitely do not recommend this company

Second time they charged me for a song that was already in my music library. Third time they said the song wasnt available because it was on another service and then wouldnt let me play it even though I owned the album that it came from. Worst experience ever.

Ive never used their services and I dont plan to because of the high fees and lack of customer service.Company Vokal.io is terrible Theyre always trying to add new users to their platform and not following up with the customers. Ive had tolooowith this for months now. My only hope is that they woke up to the fact that people are spending more money on other music platforms even though theirs are less quality products.
