Ive never used this company before and Im very disappointed. The Crafting Shopify store I created was not what they advertised it to be. They did not include anything that was mentioned in the product description such as a template or even instructions on how to create the store. I had to go online and find some other instructions to get my store up and running. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I have had a negative experience with vortexcommerce.com. The digital agency I was working for used this company to create their stores and the entire process was incredibly sloppy and rushed. The final product was terrible- some of the designs were terrible and they didnt even bother trying to make sure the products looked good on site. Additionally their Magento 2 store wasnt very well designed either- there were lots of errors in both the code and the design. Overall this experience was really frustrating and I wouldnt recommend using them if youre looking for an okay digital agency but not something that will produce great results.

Additionally their support was absolutely horrible. They did not even attempt to help me out and offered nothing in return for my time and effort. Overall avoid this company if you can
