BusinessCompany vsolvit.com is a terrible experience. I have been using their site for almost 2 years now and have never had a problems. But lately I have had several issues with my account that seem to be unimportant but are worth writing about. The first issue was that my account was set up so that I couldnt access my home files until I met certain conditions which I Konad - which I eventually did. Then they created a series ofincorrectly entered information into a comment box - which led to an error--a problem that needed to be fixed immediately. And finally the most serious issue they suddenly stopped allowing me to send pictures and videos because I changed the password without getting clearances from their team This entire process used to be so easy--I could have anyone else who would like to use their site and not worry about how things work. Now its just very frustrating because I love company town and want to use
