Do not use this company. They are incompetent and will not deliver what they promise. The software they create is terrible and does not work well at all. Do not even bother trying to get their help because they will only give you a refund if you can prove that the software was actually used in some way.

I did not have a positive experience with this company. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of their products and service. Their VTS software development and design concepts were either outdated or completely unoriginal. Additionally the customer service was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is complete garbage. I have had to use their software on two different projects and both times it was terrible. The interface is confusing the code is often outdated and the designers are absolutely terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

services for businesses of 100000 or greater.I was this companys customer for over two years and I can say that they are a terrible customer service. The phone would still work when I would call them but no one ever answered the email I sent them. Then I started getting messages about my computer being turned off and on so they must be alive because I never received a response from them after that. Overall it was a terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
