We were extremely disappointed with this company. We had gone to them for a few years prior to our recent purchase of a new system and were very happy with the service. However after purchasing our new system and using their services we found that they did not meet all of our expectations. They failed to provide accurate information about the product they were providing refused to do work that was necessary due to lack of experience i.e. my computer crashed and re-sold us an inferior product in order to make money. In addition the customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall we would not recommend this company to anyone unless they are very experienced in the IT industry or have a very high level of satisfaction with their previous experiences

The fact of the matter is that me and my family are not eveni single and we more than likely live in one place for an entire year without possibility to see each other except for work or travel. Inc. has not even started yet and Im already fed upCompany Walkwel Technology Inc. has not even started yet and Im already fed up with the whole process. First I was customer service coordinator for this company and they have never been good to me or the customer. Second there is the IT Consulting Services that they offer...I dont know what it is but its always something new and not very reasonable. Third there is the process of selecting a candidate...again nothing special here. And lastly there is the entire process of creating an account and getting started...everything is always so complex and frustrating. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
