The company wave-access.com is nothing more than a scam. They promise you custom software development but in reality they just use your existing codebase to create their own version of the program. The end result is that you realize all the money you paid for this service never went anywhere and you ended up with a program thats much worse than the one you originally built. Dont bother using this company - theyre definitely not worth your time or money.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are horrible at what they do and their customer service is terrible. I had to call them multiple times from different parts of the country just to get my software developed because they were so slow in getting it done.

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. The guy that I spoke to on the phone was so arrogant and unprofessional and told me multiple times that I would be happy with a refund or an apology if I ever didnt get what I wanted. Turns out he never even bothered to come back to my house after calling me. Absolute nightmares from now on.

I just got sent to the phone number for wave-access.com which is a terrible place to work. I have never seen or heard from anyone there other than the automated call frames and the fact that Im being called every day. Ive tried sending multiple emails calling them during their business hours and they all same results. Ive also unblocked everyone on my name and it still is going through. Do not bother with this company.
