I have had a negative experience with Wavecrest.net. The entire process from the time I registered my account to the time I received my products was extremely slow and took forever. The products themselves were not up to par either- they were very low quality and did not do anything to help improve employee security on our companys website. In addition the customer service was incredibly unhelpful and unyielding when it came to resolving my issues. Overall this experience was a total waste of money and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called them three times this week and each time they would not answer the phone. Finally I left a message on their voicemail and they never answered it either. They are just a scam company that does nothing but lie to their customers.

I just entered my last two jobs into the computer and I can tell you that this company is a waste of your time. The only way to get employee performance data is to pay them 5 per hour or more. Then they will not be able to read your email or sniff out spirit products This company is terrible and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Wavecrest.net is a terrible company. They are always quick to start a customer campaign by advertising theircherry pick one product or service which they believe will be the most effective for your individual business. However after reading and researching the topic I found that there are many better options for employee web security that still provide the same results. After trying out several of the products offered bywavecrest.net I found that none of them worked as well as what they were advertised to work. In fact most of the products made me feel like I was being watched by my employees and it was really uncomfortable. There was a time where I would have to take breaks every 10 minutes just to let me get some rest. I also experienced unbelievable bias with whatWavecrest.net would call Forensic Products . For example one product they used was WebMinerator which allowed them to monitor my websites content and activity without
