The most negative experience is when they couldnt get a connecting cable over the internet. They were very patient and got it working but the next time I was able to try it out they lost my information. I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I can say that they are not as good as they used to be. The phone is now just like the one in the movie The Shawshank Redemption.
