I have used this company a few times now and I have to say that they are not very good at what they do. The first time I ordered a cake it was delivered to my house late and the cake itself was really bad. The next time I ordered from them there was no cake at all - it was just two pieces of cardboard with frosting on them. Needless to say I wont be ordering from them again.

I just had a webcaddy for my WordPress site and it is great But I was really disappointed with the lack of customer service. I called into the number and they were not willing to help me with my question. They said it was their problem and they would get back to me. They never did. And then I had to contact customer service again and they were more interested in helping people who needed it than anything else. The final outcome wasnt good enough for them so I decided to go elsewhere for webcakes.cas customer service.

WebCakes is a terrible digital media agency The staff is only able to choose very young adults to work with them and often the staff are unable to make anything work. They just dont have the experience or knowledge to do anything other than be really good at making web videos and thats all theyre evert want to do.I had the pleasure of working with WebCakes as an assignmentist in Montreal where they are located. I was able to get some great web videos created using their skills. All of my videos were really well-made and turned out well below my expectations. However I am not only the only employee who has any issue with WebCakes but also the management team itself should be ashamed of themselves.The staff is unprofessional and cant even start a sentence without saying be quiet. Its always difficult trying to make sense of what goes on here.Im sorry I didnt enjoy my
