in DubaiI never had a good experience with webcastle.ae. The first time I made an order the website looked terrible and it took forever to finish my project. Then the second time I ordered something that wasnt even close to what I wanted and it still took forever to get my project done. Finally the last time their customer service was incredibly unhelpful and unyielding when I asked for help.

I am afraid that my current experience has not been good. The company does not always make the necessary use of safe downloadCM Global which makes it difficult for me to feel confident in using their products and services. I have also had problems with the Chinese customer service who were all too happy to help me but did not seem to be very knowledgeable about their product or service. Overall I would not recommend Webcastle.ae to anyone looking for a website design or marketing company in the Dubai area.
