I have worked with an number of different Web Development companies in the past and have always been treated with respect and given accurate information when needed. However this time around I had to take care of everything myself - which was difficult due to their ownership of the website development team. The site was first and foremost about providing easy-to-use web application management tools - not about what they were for me - but that is how it ended up.
