I wish I never joined this company. Theyre really terrible at what they do. The home webgrit tool is incredibly easy to use but the company makes it so hard to get help from anyone. Ive been trying to email them for weeks and no one ever responds back. Terrible experience overall

I am not sure what the problem is but I have had a lot of issues with Webgrit. I have used them for years and never had any problems. Then last year I changed my password and now everything is going wrong. Absolutely nothings been solved other than the problem with Webgrit.

I was really disappointed with company webgrit.com. The website is Americanized and it doesnt seem to be very user-friendly. The only good thing I can say about it is that the staff is friendly and the service is quick. However every time I try to use the site I get a message saying that my account has been created but it never happens when Im trying to access the site. Its like they have put a protocol in place that allows this but we wont know until we try to use the site and find out whats going on. Company webgrit.com is a waste of time and money.

Im not sure what the problem is but I somehow feel that WebGrit does not good work. Their products and services are always reliable and effective but they just dont seem to be able to get their act together recently. The company webgrit.com does have a lot of good points - their service is fast and reliable - but I dont think theyre really heading in the right direction.
