I have never used this company before but I heard that it is a reputable and good provider of IT services. Unfortunately I was very unhappy with the level of service provided by Web Imp Where Ideas Meet Technology. My consultant did not seem to be very experienced in servicing web-based applications and instead relied heavily on software provided by his supplier. Furthermore the consultants communication style was quite poor - he would send me messages asking me to do things that were already done or were being prepared for me e.g. adding an extra column to my table. In addition there were also several occasions when the consultants work was completed much too quickly for what seemed like arbitrary reasons such as because he had received new information which required him to complete work earlier than initially planned. In sum I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially if they are looking for high-quality IT services.

I have never dealt with a company that is as incompetant and unprofessional as Webimp.com.SG. The entire experience was terrible from beginning to end. I made an order for a service that I thought would be simple but it turned out to be quite the opposite. They took forever to get my order done and when they finally did the product was significantly different than what I had ordered. In addition their customer service is nonexistent at best - they only ever responded to my emails in a generic way or told me there was no reply yet because they were busy. Overall this is an extremely negative experience that I wouldnt recommend to anyone.
