I have never had such terrible customer service. I called and asked for help with a technical problem and was told that I needed to go to Abu Dhabi because the companys IT Solutions Provider company is located there. After spending an hour on the phone with someone who clearly didnt know what they were talking about I was told that I couldnt even use their website because it doesnt have any technical support. In addition they said that if I ever raised this issue again they would fine me. Needless to say this was a terrible experience and wont be using this company again.
