1 Company WebPoint is terrible. I have had to change my password multiple times because the site keeps testing it and making changes without letting me know. The customer service is also terrible. They said they would send me a new one but never did. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I have never had a positive experience with company webpoint.mx. They are always very quick to respond to my emails and they seem to be in the business of making their customers happy. However the service I received was terrible. The first time I used their service my computer crashed and I couldnt access my website until later that day because company webpoint couldnt fix it. Then the next time I contacted them they said that they would have to wait until morning because there was a big rush on their end and that wouldnt be able to help me until after lunch. When I asked what time this would be they told me it would only be available from 10am-12pm because then there were other clients who needed services before then. In addition their prices are extremely high for what you get - for example their WebPoint account is priced at 129 year which is much more than any other online platform out there. Overall avoid this company

They are the worst I told them that I use WebPoint.MX for my online office and they were so happy to hear that Im satisfied with their product. But they couldnt believe that I was only there for about six months and then left because I didnt have anything else to do. Save your job for another day.

I just bought a domain name from WebPoint. I am very disappointed with the customer service. The customer service is not something I would recommend. Its very polite and interested in making the customer feel like they are important but at the same time its also hard to get a hold of them. I had to contact them multiple times and they were only interested in selling me things. Overall I was a kind of a experience and would not recommend this company to others.
